What we collect

Your name, email, phone (optional), country, career details, and the files you upload (such as your current CV). Payment details are entered directly with our payment providers; we never receive or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to deliver your order, communicate with you about it, process payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data and we don't use your documents for marketing.

Who can see it

Your files are stored in private storage. They're accessible through your personal order link and to the team members working on your order. Keep your order link private.

Payment providers

Payments are handled by Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe and/or PayPal, each under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for accounting purposes and your documents for up to 12 months after completion so you can re-download them. Ask us to delete your files at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@careervauntglobal.com.
