Before your writer starts

Cancel any time before work begins for a 100% refund. Email us with your order number.

After work has started

Because writing is custom work, we don't refund once your writer has begun. Instead, our rewrite guarantee applies: tell us what isn't right and we'll revise within the revision allowance of your service.

Rush delivery

If you paid for rush delivery and we deliver late (after you've provided everything we asked for), we refund the rush fee automatically.

If we can't deliver

If for any reason we can't complete your order, you get a full refund.

Outcomes

We don't refund based on interview or hiring outcomes, because those decisions are made by employers.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
