Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CareerVaunt Global is a trading name of CareerVaunt Global Limited ("we", "us"). We provide career document writing, editing, personal branding and career coaching services. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We write and optimize documents based on information you provide. You are responsible for making sure everything you give us (employers, dates, titles, qualifications, achievements) is true and accurate. We won't knowingly include false information.

Reference, recommendation and employment verification letters are drafted for the named referee or employer to review, edit and sign. We do not sign documents on anyone's behalf and will not fabricate employers, references, qualifications or employment history.

3. No employment guarantee

Hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, admission or salary outcomes. Our guarantee covers the quality of our work, as set out in our Refund Policy & Guarantee.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in full before work begins. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe or PayPal). Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

5. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times start once payment is confirmed and we have the information we need from you. Revisions included with your service must be requested within 30 days of delivery and cover changes to the delivered documents, not a change of target role or a new project.

6. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final documents we deliver and may use them however you like. We may keep copies for quality and legal purposes, and will never publish them without your written permission.

7. Acceptable use

We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order that asks us to produce misleading or fraudulent material.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
